Thursday Evening – Welcome Luau 🌺

Kick off the weekend with our tropical-themed welcome party!
Enjoy a relaxed evening with delicious food, refreshing drinks, music, and mingling with your fellow Swing Sisters.

Friday – Golf Day 1 at The Ledges ⛳️
Theme: 90s Golf Girl Era 🎾🧢
Time to throw it back with retro sporty vibes—pleated skirts, windbreakers, and scrunchies encouraged!
Morning:
• Breakfast included at the Airbnb
• Time to glam, stretch, or soak in the scenery
Tee Time:
• 1:00 PM | The Ledges Golf Club
• A championship course with dramatic desert cliffs and killer views
Afternoon:
• Lunch included

• Catered dinner at the Airbnb
• Connect, laugh, and relive the day’s highlights with your crew

Saturday – Golf Day 2 at Coral Canyon ⛳️
Theme: Spice Girls! Each foursome will dress as their favorite 90s Spive Girl Pop Star!
Morning:
• Breakfast included
• Race-day glam time—get ready to turn heads
Tee Time:
• 12:30 PM | Coral Canyon Golf Course
• A beautiful course framed by red rock and desert terrain
Afternoon:
• Lunch included
• Free time to rest or explore
Evening:
• Catered dinner at the Airbnb
• Followed by a grounding sound bath + breathwork session to help your mind and body recharge

Sunday – Wellness Morning in Snow Canyon 🧘♀️🥾
Morning:
End the retreat with a peaceful, soul-nourishing experience in the great outdoors:
• Guided hike through the majestic trails of Snow Canyon State Park
• Then, flow into a beautiful outdoor yoga session to stretch, breathe, and seal the weekend with love and intention
